Requirements for all China Partners staff include:

A bachelor’s degree completed before arrival
in China

An initial two year commitment
-
At least one year of ministry experience, as a student
or after graduation

Hired staff must raise their own financial support
Chinese language ability not required. English teaching experience or credentials
such as TESOL are recommended, but not required if a native speaker of English.
