Requirements for all China Partners staff include:

• A bachelor’s degree completed before arrival in China
• An initial time commitment (one year for internships, two years for others)
• At least one year of ministry experience, as a student or after graduation
• Hired staff must raise their own financial support

Chinese language ability not required. English teaching experience or credentials such as a 4 week TESOL correspondence credential are required, but we can recommend a fairly easy, quick and cheap way to attain this.
