Our staff have joined China Partners from a number of paths. Some joined just after graduating from college; some joined after several years of ministry experience. Some had a longtime dream of going to China; some who had never dreamed of living in China went to visit, returned home and found they had been bitten by the “China bug;” some were called to go sight unseen, simply loving missions and the purposes of God in the world. All felt in some way called by God.
